I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Sakr on 2-23. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Sakr. He takes the time to listen to what I have to say and he explained everything so I understand.

I was seen because of a prescription change, Dr Sakr is the third doctor that has treated me in less than a year. I was with Dr Sataria for over 20 years. Dr Sakr listened to my problem an treated me for it. He also noticed my tremer without me bringing it up to him an prescribed a medication for me. This I appreciate tremendosly cause I cant drink from a cup I need a straw. I go to Lahey for treatment They have a Lahey Chart. Everytime I go they write it in my chart, that gets forwarded to my primary care docter. I have found that at Todays Wellness the Drs do not read my chart. At Dr Saturies office it was read an I would receive a follow up phone call to schedule an appointment to be seen by my doctor. When I went to the eergency at Lahey by ambulance I followed up with a phone call asking to have my primary care dr l call me. I never received a call. I am having a heart moniter placed once again tomorrow I spoke to Dr Sakr regarding it an plan to have a follow up appointment after the test results come in. It also will be put in my Lahey Chart. One thing

it was a good meeting with Dr. Jaleel he was very thourow and addresed my concerns.

Dr. Jaleel is a great doctor. He is very compassionate. I do tell all my friends and family about how much I love this place. The office is beautiful and the people who work there are super helpful and kind too.

Doctor Jaleel is very dedicated in providing you the best care. He is methodical in reviewing the patients reports and prescribes medication that gives you the much needed relief. The staff are courteous and the service reflect the Doctor’s care for his patients. I wish him well in the new location
